Patris is a self-employed artist who runs her own studio/gallery in Oak Park where she teaches art, and creates and exhibits her artwork. She mainly focuses on oil paintings of vibrant neighborhood scenes and the peaceful surrounding countryside. Shown: “Day at the River,” a plein air oil painting now in a private collection.
