Even though this year’s annual Farm-to-Fork Festival has been canceled due to COVID-19, the harvest events, which include the Farm-to-Fork Street Festival on Capitol Mall, Legends of Wine and Tower Bridge Dinner, are set to return next September.
Since 2013, the Farm-to-Fork Street Festival has developed into a popular two-day event highlighting Sacramento’s agricultural legacy and attracting more than 155,000 residents and visitors. The free open-air jamboree features musical artists, local food vendors, regional wines, craft beer, cooking demonstrations and more.
Timothy Mulligan’s paintings combine an expressive style with bold fl at planes and heightened colors. They are inspired by real subjects and locations, and are oftentimes built upon compositions with abstract and
reimagined forms.
Patris is a self-employed artist who runs her own studio/gallery in Oak Park where she teaches art, and creates and exhibits her artwork.
During the stay-at-home order, East Sac artist Marc Foster crafted an entirely new world of metal sculpture. Foster’s work is part of many private collections, as well as four public pieces in Sacramento including “La Feuille” in McKinley Village and “Gather” in Sutter Park.
