Francesca Schomburg is a Pocket resident, and former schoolteacher and arts educator who for many years developed arts curricula. She retired after 40 years of teaching and has been painting at home since 2020. Her work is featured in the PBS KVIE Art Auction, which will be live on air and online Friday, Oct. 1, 7–10 p.m., Saturday, Oct.
