Jill Estroff, who lives in Curtis Park, worked as marketing director for Crocker Art Museum from 1986 to 1993, and is now the art curator for KVIE. She strives to capture the essence of a scene in a loose abstract style, and admires the vivid color and bold brushwork of expressionist painters. Shown: “Jessica Malone Trio,” acrylic, 36 inches by 36 inches. This painting was commissioned for Pops in the Park, an East Sacramento concert series every Saturday in June.
