Laurie Curran studied art at UC Berkeley and San Francisco Art Institute. Her style is a masterful balance between abstraction and realism. Just enough detail is shared with the viewer, yet the abstracted forms and color fields retain a degree of mystery. Shown: “Three Waiters,” oil, 14 5/8 inches by18 inches.
