“Glowed Up” by LeeAnne Chappell is featured in the annual PBS KVIE Art Auction. Chappell captured the intensity of twilight colors reflected on Sacramento’s waterfront, allowing bright undertones of pink and orange to pop through. This artwork is 18 inches by 18 inches, oil on canvas.
