Cover Artist Diana Jahns

Inside Pocket October 2026

Diana Jahns practices painting and photography, sometimes blending the two mediums. After many years creating textile art, she returned to an earlier love of drawing and painting, producing a body of work mostly of local landscapes, specifically the rural areas of Yolo County where agriculture is important. In the last 10 years, she has created more intuitive, spontaneous abstract paintings and collage. Shown: “Red Willow,” pastel on rag board, 76 inches by 90 inches on six panels. Visit dianajahns.com.
