This piece by local artist Tim Collom is featured in a drawing at the Sacred Heart Holiday Home Tour, to help celebrate the tour’s 50th anniversary this year.
“This painting is a sleep scape depicting a girl in the moment just before she must wake. Some elements are literal like the twisted sheets, the dog curled at the girl’s side, while others like the horses and moths are part of the dream,” artist Sarah Lam says.
“My intention was to create some abstraction within a landscape, while creating color that moves,” LeeAnn Brook says.
Nataly Tikhomirov is an award-winning artist whose watercolors, miniature lacquered boxes and iconography have been exhibited worldwide.
“My work explores our need for a sense of belonging and home, and the symbols with which we surround ourselves in that space,” artist Davy Fiveash says.
