She is a past president of American Women Artists and a leader in its national eff ort to get the work of women artists into the permanent collections of America’s art museums.

Diana Jahns practices painting and photography, sometimes blending the two mediums. After many years creating textile art, she returned to an earlier love of drawing and painting, producing a body of work
mostly of local landscapes, specifically the rural areas of Yolo County where agriculture is important.
