OBO’ draws inspiration from the simple, nourishing flavors and seasonal cooking traditions of rural Italy. The food at this lovely Sacramento restaurant is hearty and artisanal, served in a historic brick building that features a full bar, with patio seating along Seville Way at the corner of Folsom Boulevard. The latest addition to Selland Family Restaurants, OBO’ delivers monthly specials and café delights that include hot and cold sandwiches, wood-fired pizzas, hot entrees from saltimbocca to pot roast, pastas, and cold salad sides, as well as soups and focaccia. Meats are roasted to perfection. The pasta is homemade. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine, craft beers from local brewers or a cocktail from the bar–including 12 house specialties.
