Nataly Tikhomirov is an award-winning artist whose watercolors, miniature lacquered boxes and iconography have been exhibited worldwide. She grew up in a small village in Russia but has lived in Sacramento for many years. Her work is on display in University Art’s window gallery through Nov. 10.
