Matt Zidar is a Sacramento-based artist whose primarily selftaught practice has been shaped by years of independent study, workshops, and a lifelong passion for drawing and painting. Working mainly in oils, his award-winning work has been featured in numerous juried exhibitions, refl ecting a creative journey that has taken him from Ohio to Colorado to California, and ultimately Sacramento’s arts community.
