Peggy O’Connor is an amateur artist residing in East Sac who loves creating art. She has a passion for sketching and drawing, and is largely self-taught. About six years ago, she discovered soft pastels, enjoying their vibrancy and immediate results, which prompted her to enroll in online courses and workshops specifi cally for this medium.
