Cover Artist Tom Sellas

Tom Sellas is a local fine artist who, since 1984, has painted the American River, abstracts, Greek Aegean landscapes and still lifes. He is a graduate of Sac State with an BA and MA in art and a K–12 teaching credential. Sellas taught art in the Elk Grove Unified School District for 35 years. Shown: “Yellow Abstract,” 24 inches by 24 inches, oil on board. This piece is for sale at $450. Sellas also has a painting in the 2021 Spring Gala & Art Auction to benefit Effie Yeaw Nature Center.
