Selland’s Market-Cafe On Broadway
Featured: Inside Sacramento – Land Park
Nearly two decades after Randall Selland and Nancy Zimmer opened their first Selland’s Market-Café in East Sacramento, the new Broadway location brings the chefs’ renowned fast-casual sophistication and endlessly creative menu to the city’s global food boulevard. The Broadway location of this Sacramento restaurant was inspired by a modern farmhouse style with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and a bustling display kitchen. The menu includes American classic dishes from their family recipes featuring homemade meatloaf, chicken breasts smothered in mushroom gravy, cottage pie and barbecued brisket. You can also enjoy a goat cheese and apple salad, wood-fired sausage and mushroom pizza, roast beef sandwich or the signature beef and bean chili. On Sundays, an additional brunch menu includes favorites such as smoked salmon Benedict, eggs Florentine pizza, brioche breakfast sandwiches, avocado tartine, French toast casserole, biscuits and gravy, as well as mimosas, bellinis and champagne bottle service. A must try is the weekly and rotating $25 Dinner for Two special that includes two entrees and a bottle of wine.
